Terms of Service

The Digital Pulpit offers free content (the book excerpts, the AI pulse ticker, 100 prompts) and paid content (Full Access to the complete book and weekly updates, the AI Policy Pack). Paid access is provided under the terms below.

• Full Access is billed monthly ($19.99), annually ($199), or as a Team plan ($49/mo, 5 seats), depending on what you choose at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal linked in your confirmation email; you'll keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
• The AI Policy Pack is a one-time purchase — no recurring charge.
• All payments are processed by Stripe. We don't store your card details.

If something's wrong with your purchase or you were charged in error, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right. We don't offer refunds simply for changing your mind after reading the content, but we'll always hear you out.

Full Access and the AI Policy Pack are licensed to you for your own personal or church/ministry use. You can copy the AI Use Policy, consent form, and prompts into your own documents and adapt them freely for your organization. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute the book chapters or paid content itself to others outside your own organization.

From time to time we may issue free access codes for testers or partners. Free access granted this way can be revoked or changed at any time and carries no ongoing entitlement.

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or professional advice — including the AI Policy Pack and consent form templates. They're starting points for you to adapt, not a substitute for review by your own counsel where appropriate.

We may update pricing, features, or content over time. We'll never change what you've already paid for retroactively, but future billing periods may reflect updated pricing with reasonable notice.
