How do I add something I've said?
Click Write in the sidebar, or “New message”. You can record in the app, upload audio, paste a link from YouTube or Vimeo, upload a document, or just type or paste your words. Long recordings are fine: they are turned into text in pieces, and you can correct the text afterward.

How do I make posts, a devotional or a newsletter from it?
Open the item in Messages and choose what to make. Each result is built from your own words. Use “Approve” on the ones you like, “Regenerate” to try again, and “More” for Edit, Feature and the rest.
Can I bring in a Google Doc, or videos from my YouTube channel?
Yes. In New message, paste the link. A Google Doc comes in as text if it is shared as “Anyone with the link can view”. Paste a YouTube channel (like youtube.com/@yourchannel) and you can choose which of its recent videos to bring in, up to ten at a time.

How do I delete or tag several things at once?
In Messages, press Select, tick the items, then choose Tag or Delete at the bottom. Deleting can be undone for a few seconds, so a slip is fixable.

Will it make things up?
It is built not to. It writes only from what you said, and code checks the result: a number, quotation or scripture reference that isn't in your own words is thrown out. Where a detail would help, it leaves a [blank] for you to fill with the real thing. Still, read what it writes before you use it.
What does the Canvas do?
The Canvas is your writing page, with an AI editor beside you. Select a passage and choose Shorter, Clearer, Stronger or In my voice, or click Ask and say what you want. You always see the change next to your own words and choose to use it, edit it or keep yours.

What are Partner, Focus, Research, Ask and Review in the Canvas?
Partner reads as you write and offers small suggestions you can accept or dismiss. Focus hides everything but the paragraph you're in. Research finds things you've already written. Ask answers questions about your own writing. Review shares the page with someone who has no account so they can comment. Team is for people on your team (see Teams below).
How do I make a whole week of posts?
Open an item in Messages and choose “Make the whole week”. You get posts for each day, plus the devotional and newsletter, ready to approve.

How do I make a graphic?
Make posts that look like a designer made them. Go to Graphics and click Make a graphic. Choose a design (you see each one in your own colours with your own words; the bold ones, like Bold Lockup, Black and Gold and Highlighter, make short lines hard to miss), type or pick the words, add your name under them if you like, and choose where it's going. You can add a photo for the photo designs and swap which of your colours the card sits on, or let the AI Designer draw a whole graphic with your words on it.

Can I make a graphic in my own size, or choose where my logo goes?
Yes. In Make a graphic, choose “Custom size” and type a width and height (400 to 3000 pixels), or tap a shortcut like YouTube thumbnail. Under “Make it yours” pick where your logo sits, or leave it off. Happy with the result? Name it under Saved looks, and next time it is one click.

Can I keep editing a graphic in Canva?
Yes. Click Open in Canva on a finished graphic. It downloads the picture and opens Canva so you can drop it in. A direct send into your Canva account is planned.
