Go to Settings and invite them by email, choosing a role. Viewers can read but not change anything. Contributors can write and edit. Editors can do everything with your content, including approving and publishing. Billing and the team itself stay yours.
In the Canvas, click Team and Send for review, with a note if you like. The owner or an Editor is told, and can approve or ask for changes with a note. You can comment back and forth on the piece. What's waiting for you is in your Inbox.
Yes. In the Canvas, click Review, make a link and send it. They read the page and comment with no account. They only see that page and their own comments.
